Food Service Supervisor

Requirements:

• Education: College CEGEP or other nonuniversity certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.

• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a management or supervisory role in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant including staff supervision customer service and overall guest experience.

• Ensure the highest standards of food quality presentation and service are consistently delivered.

• Supervise restaurant inventory and supplies to minimize waste and maintain optimal stock levels.

• Develop and implement company policies and safety regulations ensuring adherence and staff training as necessary.

• Provide guidance and support to restaurant staff including training and performance evaluations.

• Perform various tasks related to restaurant supervision including staff supervision and customer interaction.
