Were lookingfor a Head of Sales to scale the current Account Executive team who ispassionate about coaching best practices and developing productive sales teams.

Responsibilitiesinclude:

  • Managing pipeline and forecasting
  • Coaching existing Account Executives
  • Hiring and onboarding new Account Executives


Essential Criteria:

  • Experience managing a team of AEs
  • Experience working in a fast growing company
  • Experience hiring and onboarding new AEs
  • Experience selling a SaaS product
  • Based in the Ontario Canada


Desirable Criteria:

  • A background selling within the Scientific Industry
  • Familiarity with sales training methodologies such as the Sandlermethodology
