A fantastic opportunity has come up for an experienced Practice Manager with this luxury Doctorled Aesthetic business in Central London working with one of the top names in the industry.

Taking ownership of clinic performance in terms of financial operations people service delivery and compliance.

This is a growing business offering highquality treatments in a luxury environment. The business has expansion plans and are looking for a manager who will take the business to the next level and as such will enjoy business and sales development.

You will have a good overall business understanding be a great communicator with solid experience in leading motivating and managing a team to achieve business targets and also have a passion for driving business growth.

Working closely with the Director you will be overseeing a small team of staff including Doctors Aestheticians and Front of House.

In return you will receive a competitive salary package and benefits.

Requirements

  • 5 Clinic Management experience in the aesthetics industry
  • Luxury industry experience
  • Strong experience in driving sales and business development
  • Strong people manager
  • Ideally experience working for a doctorled clinic supporting growth
  • Proven track record of delivering on KPIs
  • Strong analytic skills in understanding the business and providing business insight
  • Strong computer skills proficient use of Microsoft Office (including Excel MS Project MS PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational time and selfmanagement skills
  • Autonomy and strong sense of initiative
  • Exposure to working in a CQC environment
  • Clear DBS
  • Well presented with ability to connect with a highprofile clientele
