About the Role:

As a Senior Business Analyst you will assume a leadership position in delivering complex projects and driving transformation for our clients. Your responsibilities will include guiding solution design leading workshops and ensuring successful project implementation. Leveraging your extensive experience and expertise you will mentor junior team members and actively contribute to strategic initiatives thereby influencing the future trajectory of our organisation and driving sustained success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting comprehensive analysis of project objectives and business requirements ensuring thorough documentation and alignment with strategic goals.

* Expertly guiding the design and implementation of innovative solutions that drive growth and efficiency.

* Leading workshops and facilitating collaborative sessions.

* Designing and optimising business processes to enhance productivity and streamline operations.

* Overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to successful implementation while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives.

* Providing mentorship and guidance to junior analysts fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Requirements

Essential Experience:

* 1020 years of experience in a Senior Business Analyst role with a strong background in corporate environments and clientfacing responsibilities.

* Proven track record in consultancy and tenure at large corporate organisations demonstrating expertise in a diverse range of industries.

* Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements creating user stories and designing process workflows.

* Thorough understanding and experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies.

* Exceptional skills in process design and mapping with a keen ability to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.

Desirable Experience:

* Extensive experience in retail operations supply chain or logistics with a strong understanding of industryspecific challenges and opportunities.

* Proven expertise in operating model design demonstrating the ability to optimise organisational structures and processes.

* Exceptional skills in holding engaging and productive workshops fostering collaboration and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders.

* Demonstrated proficiency in requirements gathering with a track record of eliciting and documenting comprehensive business needs.

* Excellent capabilities in process mapping with a focus on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across various business functions.

* Supreme stakeholder management skills including the ability to effectively engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
