About the Role:

As a Senior Project Manager youll lead the successful delivery of strategic projects and programmes playing a key role in defining objectives overseeing execution and managing stakeholder relationships. When needed getting your hands on the detail to get delivery over the line. Leveraging your extensive experience and leadership abilities youll mentor junior team members and contribute to organisational initiatives driving continued success for our projects and our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and support to project teams motivating them to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements expectations and deliverables maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify and mitigate project risks proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track and within scope.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilising governance principles to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.

Requirements

Essential Experience:

* 1020 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the management consulting industry.

* Strong leadership skills capable of inspiring and motivating crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals.

* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to ensure effective collaboration throughout project lifecycles.

* Meticulous attention to governance principles demonstrating a dedication to ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

* Strategic thinker with a meticulous attention to detail adept at translating highlevel business objectives into actionable project plans.

Desirable Experience:

* Experience implementing project management methodologies such as Agile or Lean to drive project efficiency and innovation.

* Background in change management or organisational transformation projects facilitating impactful organisational change.

* Familiarity with industryspecific tools and technologies to enhance project delivery and drive continuous improvement.
