Le poste et ses d fis

Relevant du Directeur g n ral et travaillant comme g n raliste dans les diff rents champs d activit s des ressources humaines le titulaire du poste est membre du comit de direction de l entreprise et participe la mise en uvre du plan strat gique.

Elle est imputable de la saine gestion des volet RH suivants : le serviceconseil aux gestionnaires les relations de travail la planification de la maind uvre et la rel ve le d veloppement organisationnel la r mun ration la dotation et la formation et aura comme r le sp cifique et principales responsabilit s de :

  • Agir comme personneressource afin d optimiser la qualit du support offert aux gestionnaires de l entreprise et maintenir l orientation strat gique des interventions;
  • Voir l application des conventions collectives participer aux n gociations et supporter les gestionnaires dans le maintien de bonnes relations de travail;
  • G rer le processus dacquisition de talents comprenant l utilisation des meilleurs outils de recherche les tests les entrevues lembauche et lint gration;
  • G rer ladministration des avantages sociaux et faire les recommandations qui s imposent pour assurer la comp titivit et l harmonisation entre les unit s d affaires;
  • laborer et recommander les programmes de formation qui permettent tous les employ s de se familiariser avec leurs responsabilit s professionnelles ainsi quavec les exigences de sant et s curit pertinentes;
  • Analyser et faire les recommandations pour que le programme de gestion de la performance permette aux gestionnaires d avoir un outil les aidant atteindre leurs objectifs dans le processus d valuation et en assurer la coordination;
  • laborer et mettre jour la strat gie de r mun ration au moyen danalyses de march et denqu tes sur la r mun ration pour en assurer la comp titivit ;
  • Agir titre d agent de changement afin d accompagner l entreprise dans les diff rentes transformations organisationnelles et piloter les communications internes de l entreprises;
  • Trouver de nouvelles strat gies pour mesurer la mobilisation des employ s et d terminer de nouvelles pratiques pour am liorer l exp rience employ et leur satisfaction globale;
  • Encadrer et d velopper les personnes de l quipe des ressources humaines.

Formation et exp rience

  • Formation universitaire en administration gestion des ressources humaines ou en relations industrielles;
  • 8 10 ans dexp rience dans un poste de gestion en ressources humaines ayant une port e similaire;
  • La certification CRHA constitut un atout.


Profil de comp tences

  • Capacit strat gique pouvant offrir un serviceconseil aux gestionnaires dans une optique transversale et int gr e;
  • Aptitudes exceptionnelles la communication interpersonnelle et l tablissement de bonnes relations de travail;
  • Bon esprit de collaboration sens inn du travail d quipe et du service client l interne;
  • Attitude positive sens de l autonomie et de l initiative dynamisme;

THE POSITION AND CHALLENGES

Reporting to the General Manager and working as a generalist in the various fields of human resources the incumbent is a member of the companys management committee and participates in the implementation of the strategic plan.

She or he is responsible for the sound management of the following HR aspects: advisory services to managers labor relations workforce planning and succession organizational development compensation staffing and training and will have the specific role and main responsibilities of:

  • Acting as a resource person to optimize the quality of support offered to company managers and maintain the strategic direction of interventions.
  • See to the application of collective agreements participate in negotiations and support managers in maintaining good working relations.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process including the use of the best search tools testing interviews hiring and onboarding.
  • Manage the administration of social benefits and make the necessary recommendations to ensure competitiveness and harmonization between business units.
  • Develop and recommend training programs that allow all employees to become familiar with their professional responsibilities as well as relevant health and safety requirements.
  • Analyze and make recommendations so that the performance management program allows managers to have a tool to help them achieve their objectives in the evaluation process and to ensure coordination.
  • Develop and update the compensation strategy through market analyzes and compensation surveys to ensure competitiveness.
  • Act as a change agent to support the company in various organizational transformations and manage internal company communications.
  • Find new strategies to measure employee engagement and determine new practices to improve the employee experience and their overall satisfaction.
  • Supervise and develop people in the human resources team.

REQUIREMENTS


Training and experience
  • University degree in administration human resources management or industrial relations.
  • 8 to 10 years experience in a human resource management position with similar scope.
  • CRHA certification is an asset.
