As a UX Designer you will:

• Have at least five years of experience in UX design and confidently take responsibility and ownership of large complex design projects.
  
• Shape vision and strategy and translate it into visuals and designs.
  
• Be a Systems Thinker with experience designing ecosystems.
  
• Translate complex problems and processes into simple and intuitive solutions.
  
• Deliver final designs and support development teams to implement them.
  
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team with operations policy tech teams and other stakeholders actively contributing to setting up the right processes with the customer always central.
  
• Be inspired by customer insights collecting customer data to create the best possible experiences through excellent design.
  
• Understand the rapid pace of digital and technological change.
  
• Maneuver conveniently through large organizations knowing how to get support for your ideas and concepts.
  

What You Bring to the Table:
