Job Title: Operations Lead Latam
Location:
Remote (CST Timezone)

Working Schedule:
Monday Friday 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM CST

Job Description:

Join our team as the Operations Lead and take the helm alongside our CEO to steer and execute all facets of our real estate operations. This dynamic role offers a spectrum of responsibilities from transactional processes to strategic planning making it a perfect fit for a proactive and versatile professional like you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Real Estate Management: Oversee the acquisition rental and management processes for properties within our portfolio.
  2. Investor Relations: Maintain open and effective communication channels with investors ensuring transparency and trust.
  3. Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in operational workflows and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
  4. Decision Making: Make informed and strategic decisions that align with the companys overarching goals and objectives.
  5. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of processes and decisions to facilitate knowledge sharing and streamline operations.

Requirements:

  1. Adaptability: Ability to seamlessly transition between various tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  2. DetailOriented: Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  3. Proactive problemsolving: Exhibits the capacity to recognize issues or improvement opportunities devise solutions implement them effectively and then guide others in adopting these solutions.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  5. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Asana Notion Slack and Google Drive or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
  6. Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards common goals.

NicetoHaves:

  1. Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial principles and proficiency in analyzing financial data.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate industry including market trends regulations and best practices.
  3. Project Management Skills: Experience with project management methodologies and tools to effectively manage tasks and timelines.
  4. Customer Service Orientation: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Real Estate Experience: Prior experience in U.S. real estate finance private equity or consulting is preferred but not mandatory.
