Head of Marketing (Fintech/B2C/Payments)

Our Client a US based Fintech providing payment experience thats delightful and fast mission is to remove the friction of sending money across borders and to level the economic playing field on a global scale. To achieve this they are building a global payment network: a scalable and usable infrastructure that integrates existing fiat and crypto payment networks including but not limited to banks card processors crypto exchanges and public blockchains.

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.


Competency and Skill Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills including the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Strong Creative and Performance Marketing Experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Indepth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics including paid advertising content marketing social media and SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Understanding of fintech industry trends and technologies with a focus on crossborder payments and remittance processing.
  • Experience with marketing software and applications such as Google Analytics AdWords and marketing automation tools.
  • A neversaydie attitude!


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing within a fintech or related industry with a focus on growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth through marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics including paid advertising content marketing social media and SEO.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize performance of digital marketing channels
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Guide paid efforts across channels balancing growth and ad spend.
  • Build and manage a highperformance marketing team.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as product and customer support to ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Manage Ad partnerships and collaborations with other companies to drive growth and expand the companys reach.
  • Develop and implement brand messaging and positioning strategies.
