The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated 360 Recruitment Guru to join our dynamic team. This role allows you to be a fullcycle recruitment powerhouse managing the entire candidate journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Savvy: Leverage your research and networking skills to uncover top talent for a variety of open positions across different sectors.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Become an expert at evaluating resumes and conducting effective candidate screenings to identify the best fit.
• Interviewing Ace: Hone your interviewing skills to conduct indepth interviews and accurately assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Offer Negotiation Champion: Negotiate competitive offers on behalf of your candidates ensuring a winwin situation for both the candidate and the client.
• Onboarding Expert: Guide and support new hires through the onboarding process ensuring a smooth transition into their new role.
• Client Relationship Master: Build strong relationships with clients understanding their unique needs and exceeding their expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  
  

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate databases.
