Your responsibilities as a Graduate Civil Engineer:

• Collaborate with the Design Management team to coordinate temporary and permanent works design ensuring smooth integration with the construction team across various civil engineering disciplines
• Analyse client requirements to determine design needs and establish the scope of works before commencing design activities.

• Liaise with subcontract design consultants briefing them on requirements and obtain estimates
• Assist in placing subcontract orders for works
• Review designers deliverables to ensure designs fulfil the clients remit and comply with the standards and regulations applicable to the contract.
• Provide support to the construction team as required
• Carryout technical reviews of all documents submitted by subcontract design engineers
• Attend progress meetings with clients to report on progress and deal with queries. Update and maintain design progress and keep database updated.

Requirements as a Graduate Civil Engineer:

• A degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering or Building Engineering
• Ideally some experience of working within the engineering or construction industry
• Great communication skills
