From creating robust data pipelines to mentoring team members youll play a pivotal role in shaping datainformed product strategies and fostering a culture of excellence. Your daily tasks will be

• Work with the Product teams to propose implement document validate and monitor any events;
  
• Participate in the process of finding & measuring key metrics per product or feature;
  
• Do the initial product analysis to assess the need for potential impact/feature/change;
  
• Create simple and verified data pipelines and automated reporting to key metrics;
  
• Identify important product shortages with Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and find actionable insights;
  
• Make product recommendations through funnels segmentation regression trend and cohort analyses;
  
• Set up and promote best practices for multivariate experiments on all Yolo Platform products;
  
• Take part in testing and refining the product to identify bugs and usability issues and communicate them to the Product team;
  
• Inform influence support and execute data informed product strategy to calculate and inspire decisions;
  
• Frequently conduct ad hoc product analytics reports and presentations about products with data findings/insights which other stakeholders easily understand;
  
• Set the goals & priorities for the team ensure that the team goals are delivered in time and with good quality;
  
• Lead and mentor the team;
  
• Own digital analytics tools (Google Analytics Smartlook etc).
  

What we expect from you

• Technical knowledge of SQL NoSQL data skills statistics and to use AI tools for leveraging output are essential;
  
• Proven experience (2 years) as a Product Analytics expert in a software development company;
  
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements using tools such as JIRA Confluence or similar platforms;
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise documentation;
  
• Excellent English communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders;
  
• Detailoriented mindset with a focus on delivering highquality usercentric solutions;
  
• Experience leading or mentoring people.
