As a Staff Digital Design Engineer you will play a critical role in the design and development of nextgeneration digital subsystems. You will work from concept to mass production ensuring our devices meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and develop digital and DSP IP blocks within our mixedsignal ICs
- Verify your designs in a directed test environment and support UVM verification efforts
- Support tapeout and postsilicon activities including validation characterization and production test
- Mentor junior engineers and lead small teams
Your Qualifications:
- MS in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience or PhD with 3 years of experience in digital system design
- Working knowledge of Verilog RTL language
- Expertise in digital design flow from architecture RTL design verification and synthesis
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Digital Signal Processing (DSP): Strong DSP skills knowledge of highlevel modeling tools (e.g. Simulink Matlab) and experience implementing IIR and FIR filters.
- Microprocessor & StateMachine: Expertise in microprocessor and complex statemachine development including ARM processors buses peripherals etc.
