Topton PA

A strong familyowned manufacturing operation with over 60 years of tradition in the Topton PA area is searching for a dynamic Inside Sales Rep Account Manager or Sales Engineer to play a key part in leading the company into the future. The Inside Sales Rep Account Manager or Sales Engineer will report directly to the Sales Director and have direct interaction with the executive team which includes the president. This will help in smoothly identifying where the work is in process and the accountability to the customers on time deliveries.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all Customer calls and interaction
  • Maintain Customer requests.
  • Work with WIP reports and potential issues in the sales prosess
  • Provide shortlists to Production and Departments of what needs to be run to ensure on time accuracy
  • Maintain high levesl of service to assist in the retention of long term clients
  • Act as front line to new customers looking for information on ESF capabilities in manufacturing new products
  • Learn the current product offers and begin to understand the manufacturing operations to better serve future product inquires
  • Manage the process and paperwork of ordering and receiving specialty coated parts with outside vendors to ensure there in stock and finished for production
  • Manage On Demand parts availability and adequate stock levels through Kanban and report to Customers on work progress
  • Work with and manage reports from the ERP system (Infor)

Competencies & Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of a proven track record working with WIP Backlogs Customer Service Inside Sales and have an understanding of Manufacturing Production Planning and or Kanban
  • Greater understanding of ERP systems and Excel spreadsheets to run and manage reporting processes Infor is a plus but not required.
  • Thorough understanding of manufacturing or production principles
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to plan and execute work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and project management skills; texts emails and hard order entry
  • Selfstarter energetic results oriented and hard worker
