Your tasks

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies. This includes identifying talent needs defining recruitment processes and setting measurable objectives for recruitment success.
• Lead endtoend recruitment processes from entrylevel to executive roles. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse candidates including job boards social media networking events and industry partnerships.
• Cultivate and promote a strong employer brand that reflects Aeydes culture values. Collaborate crossfunctionally to develop engaging employer branding materials and initiatives.
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Continuously seek feedback to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate satisfaction.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with Aeydes leadership to understand talent requirements and provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Utilize datadriven insights to evaluate recruitment effectiveness track key performance indicators and make datadriven decisions to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.

Your profile

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition within a fastpaced organization.
• Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment initiatives for Clevel roles and building highperforming teams.
• Indepth knowledge of recruitment best practices sourcing techniques and talent acquisition tools.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) HRIS and other recruitment technology platforms.
