We are looking for a Cloud Engineer (f/m/d) in our Vienna office to grow Grassfish to new heights as we are building a complete new cloud based system!

Aufgaben

• You are responsible for the development modification and maintenance of modern complex webbased applications backend services as well as integration solutions for our software (a CMS platform)
• Together with your agile team you will work and develop new ideas and lasting solutions for complex customer requirements from a wide range of industries and implement them
• You work autonomously but keep in close contact with colleagues and the other teams
• You actively contribute to open discussions where every ideas is highly appreciated
• You challenge yourself regularly by facing new tasks and you continuously learn with and from each other in the team
• You support us in the development modification and maintenance of our DevOps infrastructure and processes
• Collaborating with other internal teams you ensure smooth deployment of microservices in test and production environments through the implementation and maintenance of automated CI/CD pipelines
• Using InfrastructureasCode and GitOps technologies you maintain our Kubernetes clusters and the necessary infrastructure ensuring their monitoring and security
• You assist the team in maintaining the hosting of legacy applications in Azure
• Working together in an agile team of 4 other colleagues you develop together new ideas and sustainable solutions for complex requirements on our platform and implement them

Qualifikation

• You have excellent skills in CI/CD (GitHub Actions Jenkins Bitbucket Pipelines Azure DevOps etc.) and version control tools (git)
• You have gained experience with a public cloud environment (Azure AWS or GCP) container technologies (Docker Kubernetes etc.) and Linux systems
• You have expertise in InfrastructureasCode (Terraform/OpenTofu Ansible etc.) and GitOps (e.g. Flux) technologies
• Knowledge in the setup and operation of Microsoft hosting environments in Azure is certainly a plus point as well as basic experience with programming or scripting language
• You bring along a strong interest in new technologies and innovations in the Cloud field and as a selflearner you dont shy away from learning things daily
• Whilst lots of work can be done independenly you also enjoy being part of a team and like to work crossfunctional
• Confidently handling spoken and written English is second nature to you German is an advantage

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position which is as per the collective agreement 3900 gross per month based on fulltime employment (38.5 h/week). However the higher packages are likely based on your qualifications and experience
