A frontofhouse manager at our client Canadas leading casual dining restaurant assists the General Manager with the Restaurants daily operations. This includes supporting the training development staffing scheduling and performance management of the Front of House team members. The Front of House Manager supports the team to ensure that their most important people their Guests and team members have an excellent experience from start to finish. They also demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.
