Were looking for a talented and passionate Bistro Chef to lead our clients culinary operations delivering an exceptional dining experience to their valued customers and staff.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong People Skills: Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for dealership customers and staff.
  • Organized and DetailOriented: Ensure precision and consistency in food preparation and presentation while maintaining a spotless kitchen.
  • Clean Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record for offsite supply runs.

Food Cost Management: Understanding food cost management to maximize profitability.

  • Menu Excellence: Develop and present creative delectable menus that surprise and delight their guests.
  • Inventory Management: Perform weekly inventory checks and manage product ordering and purchasing efficiently.
  • Financial Records: Maintain accurate records of food costs consumption and sales.
  • Culinary Creativity: Prepare complete meals and specialty items showcasing your culinary expertise.
  • Supply Requisition: Ensure kitchen supplies are wellstocked and readily available.
  • Balanced Prioritization: Juggle operational and administrative tasks to meet department needs.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Uphold impeccable cleanliness and maintenance standards for all work areas utensils and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Culinary training and experience in a professional kitchen.
  • A selfstarter who thrives in a dynamic and creative culinary environment.
  • A passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
