Electrical Engineer

• Implementing and supervising all electrical-related operations on-site in accordance with approved drawings, methods, and safety protocols.
• Participating in construction project meetings and conducting site walks to ensure projects are executed correctly.
• Overseeing the installation, pre-commissioning, testing (if required), and commissioning of electrical equipment in line with contract specifications.
• Coordinating with electrical equipment suppliers during the construction phase.
• Reviewing work produced by design engineers and coordinating with other discipline engineers for seamless project execution.
• Estimating, preparing, and allocating resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, and tools for all electrical-related tasks prior to execution.
• Proactively resolving unexpected technical issues and other site problems.

Skills and Profile:

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in English.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering within a construction environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems in construction, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Knowledge of electrical materials used in construction and their properties.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and solve electrical engineering problems in construction contexts.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
• Commitment to ethical management, avoiding irresponsible tactics, and promoting transparency and accountability.
