- Minimum 3 years experience in the field of logistics, handling inbound / outbound shipping documents, import/export customs clearances.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or other related courses
- Knowledge in SAP and Advanced Excel is a must. - Experience in sourcing, shipping, procurement and contracting is preferred.
- Understands shipping terms, customs rules & regulations in Middle East, Europe & China.
- Experience in handling Letters of Credit, Shipping documentation, TRA approvals, Dubai Chamber, MOFA among others.
- Ability to closely coordinate between suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and customers.
- Detail oriented, analytical thinker, customer-focused and quality driven.
