Shift Leader

• • We are looking for a Shift Leader on behalf of our client to oversee and manage the operations during a specific work shift ensuring a smooth workflow and the delivery of highquality services. If you have strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain operational excellence wed like to introduce you to this pivotal role within our clients team.

    As a Shift Leader you will directly contribute to the overall success of a multimilliondollar Restaurant and its people. You are responsible for your teams delivery of a seamless and orchestrated performance of Iconic Hospitality. In this role you will manage labour budgets maintain a pristine environment and ensure the highest quality product. As a coach and mentor you will motivate and inspire those around you to directly impact their continuous learning growth and development.

    Requirements

    • 3 years Restaurant Leadership experience (If you have potential and less experience we still want to meet you.)
    • Beverage and Wine training an asset
    • Proven ability to make decisions and empower others. You are a natural leader.
    • Desire to deliver a worldclass guest experience
    • Proactive and solution oriented. You see things from a new perspective.
