What Youll Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Training & Development or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a training and development role preferably within the financial services industry.
• Solid understanding of life insurance products regulations and sales processes.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
• Experience with a variety of training methodologies (eLearning blended learning etc.).
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
