Job Requirements:
1. Good experience in Jira and respective plugins with scripting knowledge. 2. Address all the tickets and user issues. 3. Experience in create/maintain/delete Custom fields Projects Issue Types Users etc. 4. Create and maintain complex workflows. 5. Create/Manage all the schemas in Jira. 6. Experience in create/manage/delete Projects Dashboards Reports and Users. 7. Managing all the integrations with Jira. 8. Maintaining Jira scripting and backups. 9. Creating/Managing boards and reports. 10. Good team player and independent performer. 11. Experience providing training to development teams and internal teams on how to track plan and analyze using JIRA. 12. Should be an expert in Jira upgrades and server related issues. 13.
