Job Description:
As a Sales Development Representative you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. You will be responsible for generating new leads through various channels including cold calling email campaigns and networking events. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute targeted strategies to reach potential clients and promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential clients and gather information on their needs and pain points
Use various methods to reach out to potential clients including cold calling email campaigns and networking events
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement targeted strategies to reach potential clients
Keep detailed records of all interactions with potential clients in our CRM system
Stay uptodate with industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to improve the effectiveness of our sales strategies
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
Preferably 2 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in a B2B environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus
Willingness to travel and attend networking events
