Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused individual to join our team at Farm Fertilizers and Seeds Inc as a Customer Success Manager. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers in the farming industry. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the farming industry
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and goals
• Provide product demonstrations and training to ensure customers are maximizing the value of our solutions
• Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional products or services
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Track customer success metrics and provide regular reports to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Agriculture Business or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
• Experience working in the farming industry is a plus
