We are looking for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is passionate about running executive office operations. If this sounds like you we want to hear from you!

Open for freshers and experienced candidates in South Mumbai for inoffice job.
Our office is located in Fort Mumbai opposite CSMT.

We seek an experienced Office Executive to join our team and support our overall team efforts CRM operations and office efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the companys CRM system ensuring accurate data entry and efficient customer communication.
Generate reports and analyze data to track the performance of marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives.
Manage calendars and schedules for the General Manager (GM) and Director scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
Prepare meeting agendas and materials ensuring all necessary information is readily available.
Handle incoming calls emails and inquiries directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a wellorganized and efficient office environment ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
Oversee office procedures and ensure smooth daily operations.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners as required.
Maintain confidentiality of all company information and documents.

Requirements

Minimum 01 of experience as an Office Executive or similar role.
Strong IQ with a knack for being analytical at problemsolving.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Experience with project management tools and CRM software is preferred.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
