Counter Sales Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and taking orders. Processing payments. Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly. Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales.
Requirements
Solving all the customers complaints and issues about the product. Making sure the customer is satisfied with the products offered to them. Maintaining a strong relationship with new customers. Updating customers information in the computer system for future reference.
