Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify highpotential leads through various channels including networking industry events online research and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Conduct insightful discovery calls to uncover customer pain points related to HVAC/R systems utility bills repairs and downtime.
- Craft compelling proposals that address each clients unique needs and budget.
- Masterfully negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage all sales activities within our CRM platform.
- Collaborate with the operations and onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition and exceptional customer experience for new clients.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in sales (SaaS solutions preferred) restaurant operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of restaurant gas station convenience store or retail operations.
- Excellent communication interpersonal presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho Salesforce Zendesk or similar).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
