Paradigm is currently in search of a Tax Manager to support our client based in the Central Valley area of California. As a Tax Manager you will lead a team of tax professionals overseeing complex tax filings and reviews and provide strategic tax planning and advisory services. This role offers significant growth opportunities benefits potential for bonuses and more.
Type: Direct Hire Fulltime
Location: Stockton CA (Onsite for the first 6 months then Hybrid)

As a Tax Manager you will:
- Oversee and review the work of tax seniors and other team members.
- Manage tax filings for partnerships (Form 1065) C corp (Form 1120) and Spassthrough entities (Form 1120S.)
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to highnetworth clients (Form 1040 and related schedules.)
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
- Lead initiatives to improve tax processes and client satisfaction contributing to the firm s growth.
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
- 5 years of experience in public accounting.
- CPA Certification is mandatory.
- Wellrounded generalist background with the ability to perform tax reviews.
- Proficient in multistate tax issues.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
