Job Description
Response of supply planning analysis.
Support monthly regional and plant supply planning reviews ensuring consistent
deployment and execution in terms of process and governance.
Support the S & OP linkage with the Master Scheduling processes that sit in the 03
months execution window with regard to weekly production scheduling process
on SKU level.
Participate in developing the overall process systems and governance landscape for the S&OP
process.
Responsible for coordinating the supplier forecasts and supplier capacities.
Responsible for coordinating internal capacity planning.
Purpose
The global supply planning manager reporting directly to the global supply planning
manager will support the monthly supply planning and review process with the goal to
develop a supply plan that provides flexibility to cope with a volatile marketplace.
Responsible for developing the best planning process specific to IMI with maximum
flexibility.
Duties & Responsibilities
Part of the Global Supply planning team interacting cross functionally with
Procurement Operations Sales /Demand and Finance to produce and automate
the collaborative development of supplier and plant forecasts across multiple sites
regions business units (including clusters and verticals).
responsible for driving continuous improvement in production adherence and the
overall supply process to positively impact outofstocks shrink on shelf availability.
Highest Level of data analysis and problemsolving skills and be versed in best
practice supply planning methods as well being globally wellconnected across all 3
regions and business units.
Hands on IBP Running Supply Forecast Analysis understand Forecast Drivers
carry out Risk Management (PPV LT E&O Inventory Shortages Impact Analysis)
provide input to weekly operations meeting align Blanket order requirements with
Procurement.
Suggest and initiate the capacity balancing and optimization across the regions.
Define preliminary scenarios to evaluate solutions to issues.
As preparation for supply review meeting collecting and reviewing necessary
changes and assumptions to capacities in addition preparing the recommended
supply plan.
The Individual
Experience with the above listed responsibilities
Experience in supply chain for manufacturing company or similar ideally with a high SKU
count
Preferably Bachelor s degree in supply chain business or any technical field
Experience using SAP or JDE systems coupled with developed Excel Skills
Good communication and influencing skills
Data and Analytics skills
Requirements
- Good written and verbal Communication
- Knowledge on sourcing or purchasing reporting data analysing inventory management time management good Excel knowledge
- Manufacturing background
- Diverse candidate preferably female
- Bangalore location
- Some time she/ he has to travel to Bruno or Germany for training.
- Preferece SAP Knowledge
- General shift time but some time in late evening might have to take calls.
