We are Hiring a CLINCAL NURSE MANAGER 2 PAEDIATRIC COMPLEX CARE for our Nursing home in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently manage the day to day running of the complex paediatric care side of the business
Allocate resources in conjunction with complex care team and monitor performance to deliver high quality safe and effective homecare to clients
Lead all aspects of creating developing and maintaining clear and effective individualised care plans so clients have the best quality of care in their homes
Manage all aspects of the complex care staff team.
Provide strong leadership so staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely.
Be responsible for the safe delivery of the service in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures

Requirements
- Registered Nurse on the Live Register (RGN / RCN/ RNID as required) of NMBI
- A nursing qualification is essential
- Management experience at CNM 1 level or above
- Experience of care services risk assessment and individual care and support
