Project Manager

About Us:

Due to our partner Satterfield & Pontikes continued growth and expansion we are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to our Austin team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects ranging from $50m$200m overseeing them from inception to completion.
• Oversee commercial projects including schools hospitals warehouses offices and airports.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including owners architects engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and programs particularly regarding safety.
• Manage approvals of shop drawings and submittals maintaining project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee quality control programs and implement cost control measures.
• Coordinate project meetings final inspections and walkthroughs.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Adapt to the requirements of a large company setting understanding its dynamics and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience as a PM.
• Management experience with projects exceeding $50m$200m.
• Demonstrated success in commercial construction with a focus on building schools preferred.
• Strong communication leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
• Undestanding of how to work in a large company.
