Program Manager Business

This is a remote position.

This role will lead high profile and interdependent deliverables across a single program. They will understand the business outcomes and critical deadlines identify must have inputs to achieve those goals. They will work across multiple owners to identify validate and track key deliverables. As part of this role this individual will be responsible for resolving conflicts and disagreements surface debates and help make a decision. They create visibility through scalable communication mechanisms to increase the success rate of adoption and change.

On a day to day basis this Role helps drive decision making. They are responsible to work with stakeholders to ensure that they are focused on a singular outcome with success. This role has the authority to make trade off decisions in the interest of achieving business goals. Their key stakeholders can be internal or external across tech product business and finance. While this role plays an important part in coordination and communication they play a pivotal part in delivering the desired outcome directly related to a business result.

Key Deliverables for this role:

• Establish a program framework for the business deliverable
  

• Develop SMART goals with key stakeholders and
  

• Implement the scalable measuring systems to track results
  

• Identify and implement risk mitigation strategies
  

• Overall responsible for planning cycles (3 year 12 month)
  

• Overall responsible for team mechanisms such as WBR MBR
  

Requirements

Experience

Must have

• 5 years experience in Program Management
  

• 25 years experience in Supply Chain Transportation or Logistics
  

Nice to have

• Experience in working in startup environment
  

• Experience in market place SaaS or fulfillment products
  

• Experience in running a business unit
  

Skills

Must haves

• Manage a portfolio of complex deliverable across multiple stakeholders that will have multi quarter / year deliverables
  

• Ability to help arbitrage trade off decisions using data driven decision making principles
  

• Experience of domain knowledge in supply chain management to better assess risks or impact
  

• Experiencing in evaluating managing and onboarding supply chain partners
  

• Experience in working across different technology teams and engineers to debate solution designs effort and other trade offs
  

• Experience in evaluating managing and onboarding 3rd party tech solutions
  

• Experience in planning and resource allocation to meet most important goals
  

• Portfolio Project Management experience
  

• Attention to detail is high with the ability to evaluate impact up/downstream.
  

• Stakeholder Management and Excellent Communication
  

• Good written skills to write business plans
  

• Ability to influence stakeholders to make the right decisions
  

• Track record in delivering results
  

• Proficient in Spanish and English both written and verbal
  

Nice to haves

• Project Management tools such as Asana Mondays or something similar
  

• Portuguese written and verbal skills good
  

• Excellent written skills (English)
