Responsabilit s du poste :
- Prise en charge des billets escalad s et des billets provenant des clients attitr s;
- R soudre des probl mes de niveaux sup rieurs selon les proc dures internes;
- Assurer le support logiciel et mat riel aupr s des utilisateurs;
- Proc der la sauvegarde et la restauration de donn es;
- Installer configurer et administrer des applications;
- Effectuer l escalade des incidents nonr solus au niveau sup rieur;
- Faire le suivi de lavancement des requ tes aupr s des clients;
- Documenter les interventions et mettre jour linformation dans nos syst mes;
- Effectuer des interventions sur le site des clients ;
Profil Recherch :
- AEC ou DEC en informatique et 3 ans dexp rience pertinente;
- Connaissance avanc e des environnements Windows et d Active directory et Office 365;
- Souci de la qualit du service la client le;
- Forte capacit dadaptation et d apprentissage;
- Sens de lorganisation et des priorit s.
- Poss d un v hicule et un permis de conduire valide

- Escalate unresolved incidents to the next level;
- Participate in various projects;

Required profil:
- AEC or DEC in computer science and 3 years of relevant experience;
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Office 365 environments;
- Concern for the quality of customer service;
- Strong ability to adapt and learn;
- Sense of organization and priorities.
- French is an asset for this position
