Job Overview:
This role is a 6 Month Contract and its integral to providing expert guidance and support in all aspects of information technology to enhance the companys operations and ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT consulting with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions to meet business needs. This position offers the opportunity to work with cuttingedge technologies and contribute to the success of the organization.
You will be the only Consultant in their department so they will need to be comfortable with being selfsufficient

Projects and Implementations:
Spearheading the implementation of an ERP System slated for launch in August. This initiative is designed to streamline operations across departments and empower consultants with a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution enhancing their efficiency in performing daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assessment and Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of current IT systems infrastructure and processes to identify strengths weaknesses and areas for improvement.

• Analyze business requirements and objectives to develop tailored IT solutions that align with company goals.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop strategic IT plans and roadmaps to support business objectives and drive digital transformation initiatives.

• Provide recommendations on technology investments upgrades and implementations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

System Integration and Implementation:

• Lead the design integration and implementation of IT systems applications and solutions to meet business needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and successful deployment of IT projects.

Security and Compliance:

• Assess and mitigate IT security risks by implementing robust security measures protocols and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations standards and industry guidelines related to data privacy and security.

Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to endusers on IT systems applications and tools to enhance user proficiency and productivity.

• Serve as a resource and escalation point for troubleshooting and resolving ITrelated issues and inquiries.

Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

• Proactively recommend and implement process enhancements and technological advancements to optimize IT performance and functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in information technology computer science or related field; masters degree preferred.

• Minimum of 57 years of experience in IT consulting or related roles with a strong understanding of IT systems infrastructure and best practices.

• Proficiency in IT project management methodologies and tools with demonstrated experience leading successful IT projects from inception to completion.

• Expertise in IT security principles and practices including risk assessment threat detection and incident response.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.

• Certifications such as PMP CISSP ITIL or CCNA/CISCO are a plus.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday from 9 to 5
