Exciting growth role opening to manage Genesis Healthcare in Zanesville OH. You will oversee numerous types of medical equipment offer handson experience and provide leadership & processimprovement knowledge to staff. You will be a highlevel leader who can manage a team of supervisors and technical professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are an accomplished HTM leader looking for growth & opportunity.

Ideally you will have a successful track record of management performance within Healthcare Technology and have a broad understanding of the many service aspects that they will encounter and resolve daytoday. You will also partner with regional HTM Leaders to drive operational effectiveness and client satisfaction for clinical engineering services which enhance patient outcomes and client organization objectives.

HTM Professional Requirements:

  • 5 years experience managing biomedical services in a large healthcare system.
  • Must be knowledgeable about regulatory compliance (CIHQ DNV JACHO).
  • Solutionoriented approach critical thinking skills and ability to navigate and resolve conflict successfully.
  • Ability to provide worldclass service and develop unbreakable partnerships with our customers staff and vendors.
  • Exhibit superior business acumen agility and decisionmaking skills regarding budget management proficiencies.
  • Experience leading highperforming teams including mentoring/development of new and existing talent within the organization.
  • Executive & CSuite experience.

Position Summary:

Provides overall management and supervision of the assigned account assuming full responsibility for the accounts operational and fiscal performance and ensuring that the mission vision values and goals of Sodexo.

Basic Qualifications & Requirements

  • Basic Education Requirement Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Basic Management Experience 5 years.
  • Basic Functional Experience 5 years in maintenance and repair of clinical devices.

MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years experience managing Biomedical Services in a Large healthcare system.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance (CIHQ DNV JACHO).
  • Executive & CSuite experience.
  • 5 years of management experience.
  • 5 years of functional experience.
