Job description
We are hiring CDLA drivers for a dedicated job with Dollar Tree in Marengo OH. Earn up to $103k/year with a $5000 signon bonus consistent and predictable weekly home time and premium benefits.
Pay and job details:
- Average weekly earnings $1300 $1980 per week (performance based)
- $5000 signon bonus paid out in 10 monthly installments
- 1st year earnings average $80k90k performance based pay up to $103k per year
- Job Type: Fulltime
- Average weekly miles 1400
- Daily flat rate $205
- Unload pay $250 per trailer
- 34 trailers per week 53 dry van trailer
- Breakdown pay $100/ day
- Dedicated account with weekly home time 5 day work schedule at least 34hr reset once a week
- Home every week for 34/48hrs
- Truck parking at home or secure location near the shipper if available
- Weekly paychecks
- Annual Loyalty Bonus paid in December

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 21 years of age
- 1 year verifiable CDLA experience
- Minimum Age: 21 years old
- Minimum Experience (Tractor Trailer/OTR): 12 months verifiable Tractor Trailer experience in the past 3 years
- Must have a valid CDL in the state of residence before applying
- Hiring area: 100 mile radius of Morehead KY
Driving Record:
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No DWI/DUI convictions in the past 3 years
- No truck abandonments at unauthorized locations in the past 3 years
- No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 preventable collisions in the past 3 years
- Must pass PSP screening
Pay: Up to $103000.00 per year
