Job Description:

Elite Staffing Network LLC is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Fayetteville NC. The Nurse Practitioner will work fulltime and on a permanent basis providing highquality patient care in a fastpaced and dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical assessments including medical history physical examination and diagnosis of acute and chronic illnesses

Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work and imaging studies

Develop and implement treatment plans for patients including prescribing medications and providing patient education

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care

Monitor and evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records and documentation

Educate patients and their families on disease prevention health maintenance and selfcare techniques

Adhere to all medical and legal regulations including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of North Carolina

National certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidencebased practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Proficient in electronic medical records and other computer applications

Certified in Family Practice
Board Certified by the American Nurses
Credentialing Center (ANCC)
