Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the Indonesia and ASEAN market. This role requires a highly motivated and resultsoriented individual with a strong background in sales management. The Sales Manager will work with business development and marketing develop sales strategies and build strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets. He/she will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve company sales goals and targets in Indonesia and ASEAN market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities market trends and competitive activities and propose strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development OEMpartners and delivery to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics generate reports and present findings to senior management providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry developments market conditions and competitors activities to stay ahead of the curve and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in industry events conferences and networking activities to promote products and services and expand the companys presence in the Indonesia market.
  • Provide regular training and coaching to the sales team equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering business marketing or a related field. An MBA would be an advantage.
  • 812 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in Digital Procurement platforms (Coupa Ariba iValua etc.) would be an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role preferably in the SaaS software/services company.
  • Ability to grasp SaaS technologies and understand and sell the companys/partners niche IP product offerings will be key.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indonesia market including key industries customer segments and competitors.
  • Must have good experience in developing GTM strategy for new Geos.
  • Should have handled large strategic clients in Indonesia and ASEAN independently.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients at all levels. Good proposal development and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret sales data generate insights and make datadriven decisions.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Resultoriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and longterm relationship building.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Prior experience of independently pursuing large publicsector tenders and RFPs as well as building relationships to secure solesourced private deals is necessary.
  • Exhaustive experience across the sales cycle mandatory: lead identification prospecting solution design bid management pricing contract negotiation delivery liaison postaward monitoring collections and client relationship management.
  • This role will carry a quarteronquarter sales target and direct responsibility (where the incumbent will have to support the sales head) for achieving numbers.
  • The incumbent will also need to handle key sectors and accounts sales administration market research and provide project deliveryrelated support.
  • Must develop good relationships with OEM vendors such as TIBCO Coupa Zycus IBM.
  • As it is a lean team the candidate must be a hunter capable of finalizing deals independently.
