Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Conversion Agents to join the best company in the industry in Limassol.

The ideal candidates will have a strong sales background and a proven track record of converting leads into customers. As a Conversion Agent you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients and guiding them through the conversion process. This is a fulltime permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively reach out to potential clients and generate leads through various channels including phone calls emails and networking events

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients understanding their needs and providing them with personalized solutions

Guide potential clients through the conversion process addressing any questions or concerns they may have

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective conversion strategies

Track and report on conversion rates and identify areas for improvement

Stay uptodate on industry trends and competition to continuously improve conversion techniques

Provide exceptional customer service to both potential and existing clients

Meet and exceed individual and team conversion targets

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or conversion role

Proven track record of successfully converting leads into customers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Fluent in German French Italian or Arabic both written and spoken
