Job Description
PREREQUISITES
MUST HAVE SKILLS EDUCATION & BEHAVIORS
BA/BS degree in Design or related field or relative experience in the field (inhouse or agency)
5 years of design and/or formal design training with exceptional conceptual and design skills.
Ongoing experience as a creative working mentor you are viewed as a goto person on the team.
Strong typographical and technical design skills are required.
Expert use of design applications: Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator Photoshop InDesign etc.
Proficient reading comprehension ability to understand customer needs in English along with Excellent
communication and presentation skills are necessary.
Strong Illustration skills or the keen ability to direct Illustrators is required.
An indepth portfolio focused on developing corporate identity and corporate collateral from the ground up
is essential.
Exhibits creative skills as required to enhance customer satisfaction.
Strong ethical behavior combined with unmatched passion commitment and drive for quality excellence.
Understands final art preparation standards and processes (including knowledge in the difference between
file formats)
Working knowledge of MS Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint
Ability to operate with keen sense of customer focus while multitasking.
The ability to learn innovative technology quickly and to use multiple systems & tools.
Initiativetaking to act independently and to acquire additional knowledge or skill sets that will aid in the
role.
Adaptability to ongoing improvements and changes rejects cynicism.

Analytical Skills / Logical Thinking: Must be able to look at their work / project from customers point of view
and examine how the design / designs output will be perceived by our customers to ensure they convey the

Artistic ability: Must be able to build designs that are artistically interesting and appealing to our customers.
Produce rough illustrations/mockups of design ideas either by using a design software or computer
program (Ex: Mood Board)
Creativity: Must be able to think of original approaches & develop unique designs that convey a
recognizable meaning
Requirement Must have Preferable (Trainable)
Skills Demonstrates Expert level of understanding about existing
commercial designing software applications/tools such as
Visual UI Editor Wix Builder EditorX Velo Adobe Suite
Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop etc.
Expert level of Conceptualization & Designing Skills such as
Typography Color Theory responsive Layout Design Trends
etc.
Excellent reading comprehension ability to understand
customer needs in English along with expert level of verbal
and written communication skills in English.
Excellent visual design skills.
Strong corporate identity focused portfolio
Uptodate experience with international design standards
and technologies.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide guidance design coaching and mentorship to senior and junior designers.
Ensure quality standards and customer needs are met with relevant creative designs.
Coach individuals and the team to grow their conceptual and technical skills.
Participate in local design critiques.
Maintain and foster a creative mindset and design focus among the team you are assigned.
Collaborate with the Learning team on identifying training needs and training delivery.
Partner with Creative Leads to craft inspirational and instructional learning documentation.
Coordinate with other Production designers to ensure alignment across teams.
Creating continuous feedback channels and loops with designers / leadership team.
Create/Review/Recreate designs from customers and produce a highquality result useful for production
ensuring customer satisfaction.
Process designs requested by customers based on process requirements producing highquality designs
that meet the needs of the customer and production standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Seek to continuously advance your design skills and capabilities through selfstudy attending offered
trainings and adopting best practices as observed/shared by others.
Achieve the targets set by your manager.
Perform additional duties as requested by your manager.
Participate in activities that contribute to continuous improvement in the skills required for the role.
