We are seeking eGRC Functional Consultants for our Financial client.
The consultants will be responsible to handle eGRC Functional Requests & Incidents raised by eGRC business team related to PROD environment and will lead the communication by managing eGRC teams user chat and update eGRC SharePoint site.
Role Summary / Purpose:
You will engage with various business and technical partners in supporting Enterprise Risk Governance and Compliance platform (BWise eGRC) for functional queries supporting 25 modules within eGRC tool. You will be responsible for responding to incidents and requests which are functional in nature perform data updates as required work with IT teams and help manage communication with business IT & 2 nd Line team.
Essential Responsibilities:
Support the BWise Technical/Functional Administrator with the implementation of BWise upgrades including regression testing
Significant experience in testing and troubleshooting of incidents within enterprise application
Ability to support and troubleshoot incident tickets and documenting resolution identifying root cause where applicable and solutioning permanent fixes
Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders on BWise activities
Perform Regression Testing on the application
Build and Manage SharePoint site for eGRC
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any engineering discipline with 5 years experience
Minimum 2 years experience working on BWise
Working experience on BWise One UI Platform
Knowledge about GRC processes
Knowledge on SQL
Desired Characteristics:
Agile experience using JIRA or other tools
Problem solver with ability to promote collaborative problem solving
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Manual Testing and / or Automation Testing experience using Java Selenium
