Position: #112741 Commercial Data Specialist
Work Location: Remote
Onsite: fully remote but prefer candidates local to Chicago
Rate: $21.00/hr W2
Schedule: MF 8am5pm
Duration: 3 months with potential extension/conversion
Job DescriptionIn this role you will be a key support position generating reports that will drive datadriven decisionmaking process within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be running reports from different systems and combining them into a new Excel report.
Responsibilities:

- Convert contract and pricing update information captured by the revenue realization team into data format required for entry into the system
- Utilize Salesforce to extract and format data ensuring its integrity accuracy
- Maintenance of Excelbased reports templates and upload documents
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to optimize data collection file preparation data validation and data entry
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail is KEY
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics or a related field. A combination of the current active pursuit of said degree and relevant experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Detailoriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple data requests and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
