We are talent acquisition partners for all major insurance companies in India. We are hiring sales professionals for leading insurance companies like Max Life HDFC Life Edelweiss Tokio Kotak Life Aditya Birla Life and Bajaj Allianz Life.
Job Details:
- Must have 5 to 8 years of experience in Agents Training Role
- CTC Bracket: upto 6 LPA
- Loaction: Deharadun Uttrakhand
- Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Immediate to 15 days notice period (Candidates with notice period of less than 30 days are prefered)
Job Role
- To manage training and development objectives of mapped employees and cluster.
- To ensure optimal training coverage to realized desired sales and product mix objectives.
- To plan training calendar and ensure execution as per plan and training needs and agreed agenda for month.
- To ensure that the team is meeting their productivity targets and developing the skills of new LAs APs
- Develop & execute training programs that align with the goals & objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and ensure that the training programs are customized to meet the needs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure that they are meeting the desired outcomes
- Monitor & analyze key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement & develop strategies to address them
