Skills: Needs to be good at Java programming Appium Mobile Automation & Rest Assured (Java API Testing)
Interview process: 2 Tech rounds coding (Java & automation code) quality fundamentals w/ him and his boss
Start: ASAP 10 days for onboarding (can pick up equipment)
