3. Hire train coach and lead call center representatives as they provide support for customers and set highquality standards on the leads served by the contact center.
4. Take on other tasks or projects to support employees other managers and call center operations
5. Prior experience in a PreSales/telesales or related role (From Real Estate Only)
6. Handled Launches experienced in taking EOI on call.
