Duration : 6 Months

Long Term

Location: Remote with travel onsite to Racine (possibly once a quarter)

2. Exposure to JIRA to manage backlog management

3. Ability to enable and lead continuous improvement within the team

4. Strong communication skills written and verbal

5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Scrum Master

Manage two Agile workstreams occurring in the same project

Responsible and accountable for the outcome of the project working within scope budget and time constraints agreed to

Report to Steering Committee escalate issues/resolution risks etc. as necessary

Ensure all project team members are adequately onboarded to the project understand and are aligned to what is expected of them and what they should expect from each other including project sponsor business lead and Steering Committee members

Partner with the project core team members to provide leadership for daytoday project activities

Lead project/sprint planning activities with project team members

Own creation management tracking and reporting of the project/sprint plan

Communicate project status progress issues risks on an ongoing basis to key stakeholders.

Obtain approval of project deliverables

Adhere to SCJs project governance and required gate review processes
