Job Description

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all the financial aspects of our company ensuing its financial health and stability. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in finance accounting and leadership with a proven track record of strategic financial management and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the companys overall financial strategy aligned with its longterm goals and objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning budgeting forecasting and analysis to optimize financial performance and resource allocation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with regulatory requirement and accounting standards.
  • Provide transplant and comprehensive financial information to board of Directors.
  • Implement robust internal controls and risk management processes to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Manage Cash flow liquidity and working capital to meet operational needs and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor banking relationship and negotiate favorable terms for financing credit facilities and other financial services.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management policies
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision making.
  • Lead and develop the finance team and provided mentorship and guidance foster a culture of excellence accountability and collaboration within the finance department.
  • Build strong crossfunctional relationships with other departments.
  • Requirements:

    • Masters degree in Finance Accounting or related field MBA CA or ICWA
    • Minimum of 25 years of experience in a senior financial management role preferably in Trading FMCG and Manufacturing Industry.
    • Strong knowledge of financial planning analysis and reporting.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with teams Board of Directors.
    • Proven track record of strategic thinking and problemsolving ability to thrive in fast paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Strong ethics and integrity with a commitment to transparency and compliance.
