Negotiating drafting and vetting of commercial / noncommercial contracts like confidentiality agreements Master Services Agreement Statement of Work License and Maintenance Agreement Memorandum of Understanding Vendor Agreement Consulting Agreement.

Negotiating drafting and managing software licensing terms opensource licensing terms consulting services channel arrangements teaming and partnership arrangements and other commercial agreements with customers located around the world.

Review of government tenders / RFPs / RFQs and general contract conditions. Assist in developing internal legal systems and processes.

Requirements

Law graduate from a reputed college.

Good drafting skills and legal acumen are the key contribute which are being sought in the candidate. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.

Ability to identify and interpret applicable laws and rules.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and presentation skills. Flexible to work.

Solution oriented approach.

Hands on relevant experience of 36 years
