Job Description

o BE/BTech (Civil) from leading university
o PG degree in Construction Management is a plus
o Proven experience leading a hotel project from design to completion
o Proven experience managing costs on a hotel project.
o Minimum 1520 years of handson experience in the building
construction industry in a management position with leadership
responsibility in a complex project from start to completion.
o Experiences both as contractor and as project manager is a plus.
